Thank you for shopping with ButtonLand. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Availability

ButtonLand ships within the United States only.

We do not ship to:

  • International addresses

  • U.S. territories

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses

  • Freight forwarders

  • Mail forwarding services

  • P.O. Boxes

Orders containing pre-charged pneumatic (“PCP”) airguns may only be shipped via ground shipping services.

2. Restricted Shipping Locations (Airguns / BB Guns / Airsoft)

Due to state and local regulations, ButtonLand cannot ship airguns, BB guns, or airsoft guns to the following locations:

States:

  • Delaware

  • Illinois (.22 caliber and greater)

  • New Jersey

  • Rhode Island

  • District of Columbia

Counties:

  • Cook County, IL

  • King County, WA

Cities:

  • Seaside, CA

  • Bridgeport, CT

  • Stratford, CT

  • New York, NY

  • Brooklyn, NY

  • Bronx, NY

  • Staten Island, NY

  • Queens, NY

  • Glen Oaks, NY

  • Floral Park, NY

  • Yonkers, NY

  • Buffalo, NY

  • Rochester, NY

  • Philadelphia, PA

  • York, PA

ButtonLand reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order that violates local, state, or federal laws. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with their local regulations before placing an order.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Processing times may increase during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

ButtonLand is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather-related delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is marked delivered but not received:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery.

  • We may require photos of damaged items or packaging.

  • Claims are subject to carrier investigation and approval.

7. Order Refusal & Cancellation

ButtonLand reserves the right to:

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud

  • Refuse shipment to restricted areas

  • Refuse service at our discretion in compliance with applicable laws

Customers must be 18 years or older to purchase airsoft or BB guns. By purchasing, the customer confirms they are legally allowed to own the product in their jurisdiction.
