Thank you for shopping with ButtonLand. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we’ve made our return process simple and transparent.


1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it
  • Be unused and unworn
  • Include original tags (if applicable)
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

2. How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important:

  • Returns must be approved before being sent
  • Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted

3. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

This fee covers inspection, processing, and handling.

We keep this as low as possible to continue offering competitive pricing.


4. Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Contact us immediately at josh@buttonland.store so we can resolve the issue.

In these cases:

  • We will cover return shipping
  • No restocking fee will apply

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Special order items
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Sale or discounted items (unless stated otherwise)

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to:

  1. Request and complete a return
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

Items must still meet the standard return conditions listed above.


8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing

Your refund will reflect:

  • The 15% restocking fee
  • Deduction of original shipping costs
